Reliance Jio extends validity for customers in these States
In light of the ongoing climatic challenges and resultant power outages, Reliance Jio announced an extension of validity for its customers in the states of Meghalaya, Mizoram, and Manipur
“Taking cognizance of the difficulties faced by the customers during these unprecedented times, Jio is offering a 4-day extension of validity to its customers whose subscriptions have expired and who are currently unable to recharge their accounts,” said a statement on May 31.
The extended validity period is effective from May 30. This initiative aims to provide continuous connectivity and ensure that customers can stay in touch with their loved ones and access essential services despite the ongoing challenges. It has already benefitted lakhs of customers so far, the company statement said.
