In its pursuit of enhancing customer experience through digital transformation, J&K Bank has introduced new value-added features to its flagship mobile banking app, mPay Delight+. The enhancements, including mPay Lite, UPI Scan & Pay, Credit Card Management, and Customer Survey, aim to provide additional functionalities to customers, ensuring a more seamless and secure banking experience.
During the formal launch of these new features at the Bank’s corporate headquarters, MD & CEO Baldev Prakash emphasized the importance of innovation in customer service. He stated that continual innovation is crucial to meeting the evolving needs of customers and improving services. The integration of impactful features like Scan & Pay seamlessly with the UPI platform makes mobile banking even more accessible, convenient, and secure.
Prakash stressed the need to popularize these features across the Bank’s areas of operations to maximize their benefits for customers. He also highlighted the significance of customer feedback, noting that the customer survey feature allows the Bank to understand users’ preferences and modify services accordingly to achieve excellence.
General Manager Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat explained how the new features enhance customer convenience, underscoring the Bank’s commitment to customer-centric digital transformation. The latest updates to the mPay Delight+ app are designed to bring ease and efficiency to mobile banking services, making them more secure, efficient, and user-friendly.
DGM Mohammad Muzaffar Wani provided an overview of the newly added features, including mPay Lite, which offers a simplified version of mPay Delight+ with key functions such as funds transfer, mini-statements, and account inquiries. The UPI Scan & Pay feature allows users to scan and pay using any QR code, simplifying account linking and transaction tracking.
The addition of Credit Card Management in mPay Delight+ offers customers greater control and flexibility over their credit cards, while the customer survey feature provides direct insights into meeting customer expectations. These value-added services reinforce the Bank’s commitment to customer satisfaction and highlight its efforts towards providing innovative and secure digital banking solutions.
