Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) Released Important Notification
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education released notification for and on behalf of the Chairman, J&K Board of School Education, sealed quotations are invited from the authorized dealers dealing with servicing of DG Genset 250 KVA.
The rates shall be clearly mentioned in figures and words and name of authorized dealers without any cutting/overwriting.
The quotations should reach in the office of undersigned within 7 days from the publication of this notice and will be opened on the next day. The details of the items/services required are given below:
Terms and Conditions
1. The rates offered should be clearly mentioned without cutting/overwriting and full specification of items should be mentioned in the quotation.
2. Corrections on quotation shall not be accepted and be rejected.
3. In case the last date is declared holiday, the next working day shall be the last date of receipt of quotations.
4. Quotation shall be opened on next day or any other subsequent date convenient to the quotation opening committee.

5. The participants should quote their rates inclusive of all taxes ie income tax, GST or any other tax so applicable.
6. Rates quoted shall be F.O.R to the above in the store of JKBOSE Rehari colony Jammu.
7. Payment on this account will be released after verification of supplies & the satisfactory report of the concerned.
8. The payment shall be made through e-transfer (DBT Mode)
9. TIN and PAN number should be clearly mentioned on the quotation.
10. The committee has right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason thereof.
11. Other terms and condition shåll be fixed at the time of job order.
12. In case of dispute, the matter will be subject to UT of J&K Jurisdiction only.
